Working it out...

Still taking it somewhat easy so I don't aggravate my strain even more which is so frustrating! But I'd rather chill a week or so then come back in 105%. substituting exercises/workouts are doing well for me. Hopefully I'll be better by next week :) Ricing it up!

Ohhhhh and this is from double unders 2 days in a row. Think in total I've done around 300 double unders in 2 days and it's crazy. I couldn't get my groove today, partially cuz the rope was a bit short to start. I used a longer rope after 3 attempts and got my PR at 41 double unders. But after that I think my calves were busted and I couldn't really jump anymore :-/ and this is what happens.
