Girls Workout-overhead squats

So this is really the first time i've ever done overhead squats. Thank you Kathy for showing me and really helping me :) Check us out! oh and because of my double joints and super duber hyper extension cable shoulders it looked a bit weird but felt better as the sets went on...

  1. Marc can see how much we missed him! I for my depth and winking butt and you for your double jointed arm and grip width ;) I was paying too much attention to your depth and active shoulders that I didn't focus as much on your arms and grip. Sorry!
