Gluten ruins my nite!
So I picked the wrong pasta sauce at Trader Joes. I thought it was gluten free but I guess I got the one next to it cuz I was in a hurry. This is the pain I go through. Ugh! Hate the feeling! Happened to me 2 nights in a row. I haven't had gluten in 8 weeks straight and then this just tears it :-/
