S O R E

Sore! Sore! Sooorrreeee sore sore SORE! and bruised! I watched tutorials of deadlifts and figured out I was focusing on get the weight down. I will work on that!! anywhoooo...Check out how crazy my back trenches are getting! Oh my gosh..don't mind the mirror it needs to be cleaned! Hand smudges everywhere!! HA








I stretched for 15 minutes and feel better but geez! I feel like I recover fast eating clean ;) I want to stretch daily cuz it feels soooo good! Hopefully I can do this one day for funzees.
