Dinner was yummers

I know what it looks like and yes I made salmon again. It's so good!

Grilled Salmon (soaked in OJ for 12 hours) with lemon, garlic and salt. Side portion of gluten free rice pasta Mac n Cheese =o) Salmon sauce is made with fat free Greek yogurt, chives, parsley, lots of lemon juice, garlic, squirt of agave, salt n pepper.




Gluten free is doing me a body good!
