Lunch

1/2 a bag of arugala
Sliced chicken breast rubbed in garlic and lemon
1 whole tomato
2 peperoncinis
1/4 cup of fat free asiago

Dressing:
3 tbs of olive oil
2 tsp of balsamic
1/2 squeezed lemon
pinch of salt n fresh cracked pepper


Plus leftover Brussels sprouts and a pluot ;)
