Gluten free-work for my jaw

I just made a gluten free bean and cheese burrito.

1 gluten free tortilla (rice and tapioca flour)
1/2 a cup of pinto beans...no salt added
palm portion of shredded fat free mozzarella
3 sliced jalapenos
1 tsp of chopped onions
