CrossFit Basic Rowing Technique - I want an 8:15 2K by december

OH AND GUESS WHAT!!!??? This Sunday is my 3 week CrossFit anniversary! Yay! i will celebrate with working out and being on the verge of puking or atleast hard breathing on the ground :)

with pain you gain so much, with weakness you loose everything (period)
