Dinner

Ginger Pork:
Lean pork loin sliced thin
4 tbs of grated fresh Ginger
2 chopped gloves of garlic

Side of a 1 1/2 cups of butternut squash

side of guacamole (avocados, fresh jalapeno, dried pepper flakes, smallest pinch of sea salt, drops of lemon juice, chopped onion...mix in bag so you can save and keep air out)
