almost....

I can't wait to do this :) My hip flexor is feeling better everyday. I really needed to R.I.C.E. I don't feel the pain nearly at all but will give my legs one more day of rest. I want to stretch my hip flexors really good today before I workout. I hope to be 100% so I can start weightlifting and squatting :) my shoulder is a bit sore but I've always had a joint problem on my right shoulder since I was 16. Hopefully fish oil will help. Wonder what else I could do...
