Curry Chicken


Curry Chicken
{make chicken}
free range chicken breasts (cube cut)
2 tbs fresh chopped ginger
2 gloves of fresh garlic

{make curry}
authentic organic thai coconut milk
1 tbs of curry powder
1 squirt of organic blue agave
pinch of sea salt
fresh cracked pepper

{make bok choy}
blanch in boiling water with lemon juice
