cereal/cobbler substitute

{bottom layer}
3 tbs almond flour and 2 tbs of coconut milk
organic unsweetened coconut flakes
1 banana sliced
crumbled walnut pieces

{top layer}
3 tbs almond flour and 2 tbs of coconut milk

I baked mine for 10 minutes @ 350. ~or~ i eat raw :)

  1. omgosh looks so good! Ok so I have a purpose for paleo baking this weekend. For a party would you recommend this one over the roll one you posted a few days ago? The banana nutty cookies are a definite!

  3. the banana nutty cookies are soooo moist and yummy! I think I would prefer this over the roll cuz it has more coconut milk and its more crumbly. The roll is awesome cuz it feeds many people :) I would add an extra banana tho!

  4. mmm... I'm wondering about this one and even the roll with other fruit filling than bananas... even mmmm... I think I might try the roll with apple sauce for a party. What do you think? I think maybe even strawberries would be tasty though I'm not familiar with baking them ... I might need to make them into a sauce first. The possibilities are endless!
