post-WOD (pullups)
didn't get to try kipping pullups but i can try saturday or sunday :) so we were beat after the W.O.D., ring holds and ring dips but wanted to get a max set in
You're going to get kipping in no time! See how you already start to kick a little when you are tired. You are naturally trying to pull in some momentum. As you start to get comfortable with the kipping swing it'll just come! If we finish up earlish at all on Saturday I'll work on them with you!!
