So today of all days is the day i left my cell phone at home and wasn't able to take pics or video..BUMMER!!! I was flipping a huge tractor tire, worked on my dead-lifts and learned the clean and jerk :) I feel my dead-lifts were much better. I really like looking in the mirror to keep everything in check. The clean and jerk is fun but I need focus on getting a good shrug and getting under the bar smoother with my elbows out. I got a few good ones for my first try. THX eric!
