measured and weighed in today. seems i'm on the right track. gained 2-3 lbs of muscles and am leaning out a bit and gaining strength. of course my legs are getting a bit bigger and changing shape. lift and lift. soooo i need to go buy some shorts that don't cut into my body. ahhh the life of fitness is grand!
im down like 4 shades since a month ago. boy did i get a tan over the summer or what :P
