Double Unders = YES!
Ive been stubborn and a bit obsessed with getting this right! This is my 3rd day trying to tweak my technique and finally got what i wanted. "efficient" double unders with a nice power jump. it will only get better with time and practice :-D
I need a shorter rope because it was getting twisted on my fingers. I had to hold it a bit weird. I then tied knots and got 30 in a row. fist pump! thinking of buying a speed rope.
You rock! I am so jealous! :)
