Lunch
Craving Fried Chicken :
Quinoa flour lightly dusted chicken breast slices in 3 1/2 tsp of olive oil. No salt added. Instead used Cajun spices. 1/2 a perfect avacado, sliced sweet potato fries (grilled or baked)...yummm!
